Quality Artisan Materials
Reclaimed, recycled and repurposed premium woods, durable leathers, recycled metals, and innovative 3d printing materials are all used and often combined in my projects.

All materials used to make toys are tested to EN71-3 which is part of the Toys (safety) regulations 2011: Great Britain, and are child safe.

Toy labels

UKCA Labeling
UKCA regulations refer to the UK Conformity Assessed marking, which is a product certification system used in the UK to show that products comply with UK safety, health and environmental requirements.
To apply the mark, manufacturers must:-
Ensure compliance by meeting the Toy (safety)regulations 2011.
Prepare a technical file showing how products meet regulation requirements.
Issue a declaration of conformity for each item.
Undertake a conformity assessment by subjecting each toy to a barrage of tests, the outcomes of which determine if a toy is safe to be sold.......or given away.
Every single toy I produce from whatever medium will have either a swing tag attached, or going forward a batch code embeded in the print and a card given to the purhaser with all of the required information.
If you come across a seller with no labelling DO NOT buy from them as they are unlikely to be UKCA compliant and are selling untested and potentilly unsafe toys.
Child Safety and UKCA Regulations

EN71-3 Migration of chemicals
All of the filaments, split rings, finishes and paints I use meet EN71-3 and are child safe. I hold certificates for each Item that I use to make toys.

If in doubt, dont make a purchase.

Passion for Craftsmanship
I am dedicated to originality and expressive creativity in every handmade item I produce. Due to the nature of the material, wooden items will all be unique, with leather and 3D printing I will produce limited editions of my lighting collections to ensure they are not "everywhere".
